The Series
Foundations is a 6 week, LIVE transmission series focusing on the essential pillars underlying the journey to Wholeness. These are the themes that I have found we consistently return to no matter the initiation, phase, moment, or season we are experiencing as we take the journey of descending, remembering, and ascending into Wholeness.
The journey to Wholeness is not linear. It is not healing, per se. It is shedding, allowing, remembering, and emerging. Foundations offers you the steady ground you need to walk the path - whether you walk in solitude or with a guide.

This offering is intended to create a felt sense of peace, safety, and anchoring in the Now moment. It is at the foundation of my 1:1 work with clients and essential to your peace.
